Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto
I found Tom Venuto to be a very intriguing person. I wanted to do some research about him, mostly about if he actually 'burned the fat' and if he really was able to show me how to lose weight and get rid of some of my body fat.
Many people claim to be excellent 'weight loss' or 'fat loss' coaches but are fat themselves or they're in good shape but don't have the skills and knowledge to know how to teach the 4 different learning types of people out in the marketplace.
When I checked him out, I found that he was a noted bodybuilding expert and weight reduction coach. Regardless of his own education and experience in fitness training, the camera doesn't lie when it comes to this area of expertise.
I noticed that Tom Venuto practiced what he preached.
There are a lot of people discussing this and usually there appears to be great results. "Before" and "after" photos shown during infomercials are the most powerful proof as to whether or not an exercise, workout system, or diet plan really works.
I am always of a doubting nature. Once what I look at proves itself after my thorough research I see whether it is followed by others also successfully. Then only it becomes true to me.
As you know there's lots of hype and outright lies in the health and weight loss field. Do not be fooled by the hundreds of pills and special ways to lose weight. Many of these hoaxes claim to help you lose 10 pounds in 24 hours.
As everyone knows, losing weight, lowering your body fat, and getting rid of that spare tire is going to take some work; there's no easy one-step solution.
You know to be successful with any program is going to require you to alter your habits either your eating habits or your exercise and energy expenditure habits.
And this is where the burn the fat product seems to come into play and have solutions which work well, don't claim to do the impossible or miracle, and is based on solid research Tom has done, used, and his customers have successfully used.

Many health programs sometimes work for some people.
Can you cite one with acknowledged proof of working? The proof should be universal.
Personally, I disagree; you can never be certain if you don't experience burn the fat feed the muscle firsthand.
